Local Pickup Policy

We’re happy to offer scheduled local pickup as a convenient option for our local customers!

Pickup Areas

We currently plan to offer meetups in these general areas:

  • Mandarin – 32223
  • South Jacksonville – 32258

Specific meetup locations will be confirmed when your pickup appointment is arranged. Pickup locations and availability are subject to change.

Pickup Schedule

Local pickup is available by appointment only, generally on:

  • Tuesday evenings
  • Fridays

Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to coordinate an available pickup time and location. Please wait for confirmation before traveling to your pickup location.

To make the best use of our time and keep pickups efficient, multiple customer appointments may be grouped by area and scheduled within the same pickup window. Individual appointment times and special arrangements may not always be available.

Late Arrivals and Missed Appointments

Please arrive at your confirmed pickup time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late or miss your scheduled appointment, your pickup may need to be rescheduled for our next available pickup window.

Rescheduled appointments will be arranged based on our availability and planned pickup routes. We cannot guarantee an immediate or individual alternative appointment.

Important Information

  • Local pickup is for orders confirmed as ready for collection.
  • Pickup is not available on a walk-in basis.
  • Please contact us if you need to change your appointment.
  • Pickup locations and schedules may change based on availability.
